An Accredited Employer with the New Zealand Immigration Service, we are able to sponsor the migration of staff to New Zealand under the 'Talent Visa' category. Companies such as ours apply annually for accreditation and have to meet stringent standards with regard to employment practices and conditions to qualify for this status.
Successful overseas applicants are welcomed into New Zealand under the 'Work to Residence' scheme. On receipt of a copy of their offer of employment and our registration number (and subject to the candidate meeting health and character requirements specified by the Immigration Service), the NZIS will issue the candidate with a work visa valid for two years. At the end of those two years, individuals are invited to convert their work visa to permanent residence within New Zealand.
The visa covers the applicant. Their spouse and any dependant children receive visitors permits (subject to Immigration approval).
The benefit to all of the Work to Residence scheme is that visas are issued within days rather than months, and applicants are assured of the credibility and quality of their new employer.
