Hitachi Global e-Service Fleet Management System

Linking satellite collected information from the Hitachi Zaxis-3 and ZW machinery fitted with the GPS device, data is sent between the machine via satelite to Hitachi's centralised database. This information is made available to both the customer and the authorised Hitachi agent via a secure online website.
