TMC increases productivity

The exclusive John Deere Total Machine Control (TMC) increases productivity within the forest by giving the operator precise control of all machine functions. The engine, the hydrostatic transmission, the loader and all related functions respond automatically to the speed and sensitivity preferences set for each operator. As many as seven operators can store their personal speed settings, type of harvesting, and ground conditions.

The TMC also provides constant monitoring of systems, and alerts the operator of any abnormal functions so immediate action can be taken to prevent expensive downtime.

In addition, the system stores data on engine hours, distance driven, and each operators' working hours. TMC is standard on John Deere 810, 1410 and 1710 forestry forwarders and also comes on some wheeled harvester models.
