COVID-19: CablePrice Updates

Scania

Network support update

As a number of our customers are Essential Services as outlined by the Government on Monday 23 March, CablePrice is also considered an essential service to ensuring that essential services within New Zealand are maintained.

Therefore, CablePrice will remain open for essential services only and will not be closing regardless of the government alert level.

Like a very large number of businesses, we are now reviewing our network in an effort to meet the requirements of our essential service customers.  We have put in place a very strict set of policies and processes to keep our staff and customers as safe as possible over this time and to ensure that we are only maintaining fleets that meet the governments definition of ‘Essential Service’.

More information on essential services can be found at https://covid19.govt.nz/government-actions/covid-19-alert-level/

Effective COB Wednesday 25 March 2020, we will be switching over to our after-hours process for essential service customers only.

If your company qualifies as an essential service, and requires CablePrice services during the lockdown period, your first point of contact must be by phone. Please do not come into our workshops or offices.

For all after hours call, please phone 0800 555 456

We are continuously monitoring and reviewing the situation and will operate within the Government and Ministry of Health's recommendations.
