Like you, CablePrice takes COVID-19 seriously. The following outlines what we will be doing to keep you safe when on our site, when we visit you at your site, or when we provide roadside assistance.

Distancing

  • Our branches and staff have set up exclusion areas and perspex hygiene screens.
  • This will vary based on the needs of each branch.
  • Where possible, we have separated toilets into customer only and staff only. 
  • Driver lounges will be a customer only area.
  • Our staff will follow 2m social distancing with customers and would appreciate your help with this.
  • Access to the workshop or parts storage will not be permitted. Please go to the counter for all enquiries.

Contact Tracing

  • Our branches and staff have set up exclusion areas and Perspex hygiene screens.
  • If you enter the working area of our site or attend a meeting, you will be asked to complete a declaration and contact tracing form.

Hygiene

  • Hand sanitiser and hand washing areas are available. 
  • Vehicles and equipment will be sanitised before we undertake work and before it is handed back.
  • Our staff will wear gloves for all tasks where this is possible.
