CablePrice LEVEL 3 update

By now, you'll all be aware of last night’s Covid-19 announcement that, due to a case of community transmission in South Auckland and there has been a requirement for Auckland to return to level 3 from midday today.

We will be following the Ministry of Health guidelines to ensure we are always protecting our staff and customers. This includes maintaining physical distances. 

CablePrice will be re-activating the following steps

Auckland and Silverdale Branches

From Wednesday 12 August, Auckland and Silverdale branches will have decreased numbers of technicians and parts staff on site, our buildings and facilities will have strictly reduced access and we will be limiting all physical contact. While we will have decreased on-site staff, for your safety and ours, we will also have many of our staff working remotely. We don’t anticipate level 3 restrictions having an impact on our ability to meet your business requirements, nevertheless we would appreciate your understanding and patience as we all work through these restrictions together. 


Workshops and Parts operations under level 3 restrictions 
  • Walk in sales and servicing will not be accepted  
  • All booking must be made in advance via phone or email 
  • All visitors and contractors must complete a declaration to enter the premises  
  • All vehicles will be sanitised before working on them 
  • Pre-ordered parts can be collected from branches; however, they will be left at parts department doors. 
  • Preferred option for parts delivery is by courier direct to your place of business 

All other branches

At our other branches will remain open and fully operational however, we're asking that you only come in if you need to. We will be practicing physical distancing and ask that you do the same.

  • If you enter the working area of our site or attend a meeting, you will be asked to complete a declaration and contact tracing form.
  • Hand sanitiser and hand washing areas are available. 
  • Vehicles and equipment will be sanitised before we undertake work and before it is handed back.
  • Our staff will wear gloves for all tasks where this is possible

These measures will be in place until midnight Friday 14 August – however we are continuously monitoring and reviewing the situation and will operate within the Government and Ministry of health's recommendations.
