At CablePrice we recognise the importance of progression and respond proactively towards it. All our technical staff receive ongoing training across all the ranges of brands and products we support. We also invest heavily in our workshop facilities and the latest, most modern diagnostic tooling. Employees are fully trained on all new diagnostic tooling and other equipment.

Technicians also have immediate support from our centrally located Head Office Product Support technical team, who in turn have backup direct from our product's manufacturers. As a result of this direct form of communication with our manufacturers, we have extensive technical assistance at our disposal, and are able to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner. This ensures your product and operation incur minimal down time.

CablePrice also invest heavily in our apprenticeship scheme to ensure we maintain the high level of service support our customers have come to expect from the CablePrice brand.
