Work with specially designed tools and use high-quality OEM parts and lubricants. Maintenance is more than just changing oil, filters and other fluids.

We also:

  • Visually inspect main functions, components and any damage
  • Check wear and tear
  • Install software updates that may control important functions
  • Check additional equipment
  • Keep track of new legal or environmental regulations
Along with the inspection results, we’ll give you advice and recommendations on repairs outside the service contract scope.

Contract Inclusions

A maintenance contract that covers all scheduled servicing on any Hitachi machine to keep it in optimum operating condition and ensure the highest levels of up-time, so your machine can keep earning for you.

Items covered include (but are not limited to):

  • Engine oil and filter changes
  • Air filters replacements
  • Fuel filters replacements
  • Hydraulic oil and filter changes
  • Fan and air conditioner belt replacement
  • Adjustments to track sag
  • Valve clearance adjustment
  • Cleaning of muffler (DPF) filter
  • Software updates and data downloads
  • Greasing of pins and bushes
  • All required oil sampling

Other machine related services such as track replacement can be added to the contract at an additional cost.
