We’re Looking for Someone With:

• A genuine passion for the industry
• Ambition, determination, and a proactive learning attitude
• Mechanical aptitude and keen observational skills
• Solid written communication and basic math understanding
• The drive to study and earn MITO credits
• Previous industry experience or exposure (advantageous)
• A minimum of a restricted driver’s license held for at least six months
